Q: How do I begin the booking process
A: First take a look at the Structure & Pricing Sheet.  Decide if we are within your budget, and then check the calendar.  Send me a booking request and I will get back with you to schedule a visit.

Q: How many people can you accommodate for a wedding?
A: We can accomomodate up to 300.  Anything over 140 will require a tent set up

Q: How much does a tent cost and how big a tent is required?
A: We provide a Sperry Tent 80×40 for $2000 dollars.  This size is recommended for a group of 150-275.  We are considering acquiring a 60×40 tent also as an option for summer of 2013, which would be for a group of 120-160 .

Q: Will you hold a date for me if I am unsure?
A: I operate on a first come first serve basis.  I try to be reasonable with people, but this one causes me a lot of extra work.

Q: Do you have any recommendations for caterer, entertainment or photographer?
A: At present I give people the option to choose their own caterer, but many good vendors can be found under Referrals.

Q: What do you do about rain?
A: We have good provision for rain.  If there is a tent being used then the barn can easily handle 200 + people for a ceremony, and a tent can be used to connect the barn and food tent.

Q: How far ahead should I consider booking my event.?
A: It seems that the trend I am seeing is 12-15 months out is when people begin booking.

Q: Who provides the tables and chairs?
A: I take care of all the tables, chairs, and linens at an additional cost. Refer to the “Structure & Pricing Sheet” for pricing.

Q: Where do I get all my dishware and silverware?
A: Usually all of those details are handled by your caterer… Although Delux Rentals have proven to be a very reliable vendor.
